1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 1baji platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). 1baji is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, blackjack, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative version. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the 1baji platform is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any gaming services. 1baji may request a government-issued ID or other required documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Process

To open an account on the platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. The information required at registration includes:

• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (where applicable)
• Date of birth (for verification purposes)

1baji reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false or misleading information and to forfeit the account balance.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login and Password Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account by any person, whether authorised or not.

3.2 Account Security Breach

If you experience unauthorised access to your account or lose your password, notify the 1baji support team immediately. Support is available 24/7 via live chat.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

If the amount of a deposit or withdrawal exceeds a certain limit, or if suspicious activity is detected, 1baji may request the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account
• Recent bank statement or account summary
• Any other documents specified by 1baji

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer) is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally transferred to your mobile banking or bank account within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

1baji supports the following payment methods:

• bKash: Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad: Mobile banking service from the Postal Department
• Rocket: Mobile banking from Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay: Digital payment service from United Commercial Bank
• Bank Transfer: Direct to a bank account

4.4 Transaction Terms

Before a withdrawal request is processed, any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be met. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit; transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳5,000 in bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Some games may contribute at a different rate toward meeting the wagering requirement — see the promotions page for details.

5.3 VIP Program

The 1baji VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier based on your gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abusing bonus benefits, repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet bonus requirements through coordinated betting strategies is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 1baji platform are conducted fairly and transparently. A Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process is used to determine the outcome of live casino, slots, and other games, and these are independently verifiable.

6.2 Game Providers

1baji delivers games through partnerships with third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. The individual rules of each game apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and event. These limits are displayed in the game interface. 1baji reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game result is incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault, server outage, or software error, 1baji reserves the right to void that result and will pay the correct amount based on the actual outcome.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1baji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Using automated or bot-based betting software
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Attempting to manipulate game results or betting algorithms
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials
• Exploiting promotional offers through dishonest means
• Harassing platform staff or other users
• Using the platform for commercial purposes other than personal gaming

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1baji platform — including website design, logos, graphics, text, software, databases, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 1baji or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited right to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Written permission is required to reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content for commercial purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

1baji is not responsible for:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or network issues
• Software faults from third-party game providers
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Service outages caused by unexpected technical failures or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from the user's own errors or negligence

In no circumstances will 1baji's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by 1baji

1baji may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms
• Suspicious financial activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Proven bonus abuse
• Need to comply with a court order or government directive

10.2 Closure by the User

You can voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

11 Privacy

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

1baji reserves the right to partially or fully modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notice will be sent through the platform or to your registered email.

If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.
